Course 2: Wolfgang Zerer: JS Bach

Wolfgang Zerer has built up a great name as a Bach specialist. It is not without reason that he is a popular teacher at the Summer Academy. He studied organ with Michael Radulescu and Ludger Lohmann, harpsichord with Gordon Murray and Ton Koopman. Zerer was appointed professor of organ at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg in 1989; he also teaches at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis and the Prince Claus Conservatory in Groningen. He is a sought-after performing artist and teacher worldwide.
